Renewing your Tutor licence via a card payment
Step 1: Access your Membership area: Click on the yellow square which will now display your name
Step 2: Click on ‘Renew your Licence’
Step 3: Complete your Tutor Licence Renewal and Questionnaire, make sure you add in all the training that you have delivered. If the question has a red asterisk * you must populate the answer.
Step 4: Accept the Terms and Conditions declaration and submit your form.
Step 5: You will receive confirmation, please click ‘Pay by Card’ to be taken to the payment cart.
Step 6: Your Tutor Licence payment will be in your shopping basket, if you scroll up to the top of the page you will see a number ‘1’ in the blue shopping basket at the top.
If you want to pay go ahead and put in your payment details – please remember to add a card address. If you want to add a Study Day follow the guide named 'Adding your study day to your Tutor renewal licence’.
