You can retrieve your Tutor Renewal certificate within your account area. This process can take up to 3 working days for your payment to be processed.
1. Select History
2. Select Membership on the menu below. Select the blue 'Tutor Certificate' notification which will enable you to open and download/save your certificate. If you scroll further down the page you can also download your receipt. By selecting the 'PDF' button this will enable you to save/download your receipt too.

3. Select Tutor Certificate to display your certificate to download. To save the certificate to your computer, you will need to select the 'Adobe' icon shown below.
