How to share and populate a ‘Favourite folder’ with other members of your Group:
Step 1: Go to the Makaton Library and Create a favourites folder. If you have a favourites folder ready to share, skip to Step 3.
Step 2: Once you are in the Makaton Library select the small arrow on the top right-hand side of the screen demonstrated in the image below. Create a folder, and select the chosen folder so the dot turns purple. Follow the steps in the image below:
Step 3: To add to your favourites folder simply hover over a image within the library and press the small ‘+’ sign to add it to your favourites folder. You will see the number increase within the folder the more you add.
Sep 4: Check which folder it is you want to share, then select ‘Share with Users’.
Step 5: Select ‘Add Users’
Step 6: Add the Email of the other member/members of your Group, select Find. Please note that using their Username will not work unless it is their email address. Once the system has found the individual select and follow the steps in the image below.
Step 7: Select Add selected Users and then press ‘ok’ to share the folder with another Group member.
