When you run a workshop, you should always follow up with an Evaluation Form.
The evaluation form allows the individual to access their FREE premium trial and gets them into the Library for support post- training.

Download the form and complete the detilas for the individual and the workshop they attended.
You will need to add your Tutor/Trainer ID to valiadate the form.
The hyperlink in the form can be added to an email inviting the individual to leave feedback. The form simply provides access to the info needed to submit the 30-day free trial application.
