We really appreciate the time and commitment each Makaton Tutor brings to the community.


If you come to a point where you will no longer be licencing as a Tutor, we understand, and we have a simple process to help you notify us and the next steps to follow.


1. You will need to email tutors@makaton.org to let us know you're leaving.


2. You'll be sent the link below with a short survey to help us process the information on the system:

3. Once completed, we’ll update our records to reflect your status as a leaver. 


  • If it is partway through a licence period (July-June), you will not be refunded any differnce, so you will remain active in the Makaton Library until June 30th of that licence year.
  • If you have a renewal invoice on the system, we will notify the finance team to remove this and stop reminders and notifications on your account regarding renewal.
