Single-use codes
- One code per participant
- Can only be used once and cannot be shared
- Offers greater security and individual access
Multi-use codes
- One code that can be used by multiple participants
- You choose how many times the code can be used (based on your group size)
- Ideal for organisations and group bookings
Multi-use codes are especially helpful if you’re emailing several participants at once. You can send the same code to everyone without needing to track individual codes. They also avoid issues if emails are shared between colleagues something that would not work with single-use codes.
