How to Cancel Your App Membership Subscription
If you purchased your membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you'll need to cancel it directly through your device settings. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel these subscriptions on your behalf because they are managed by Apple or Google.
Please note: If you signed up for the app and are currently using the 14 day free trial, you will also need to cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue. If the subscription is not cancelled, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
For Apple (iPhone or iPad)
  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap the Makaton App subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on screen instructions.
For Android (Google Play Store)
  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Find and select the Makaton App subscription.
  6. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on screen instructions.
Important
Cancelling your subscription will stop future renewals, but you will continue to have access to the app until the end of your current billing period or free trial.
