Unfortunately, DLK codes cannot be cancelled, replaced or reissued to another participant. Each person attending a workshop must receive their own manual as part of their training fee. Once a code has been allocated, the manual belongs to that participant, whether or not they choose to activate it, and the code cannot be transferred to someone else.
We recommend allowing time during the workshop for participants to activate their codes, so any access issues can be identified and resolved while they are with you.
