If the order hasn’t been delivered, we can amend this for you but if it has already been despatched you will need to return it to us at The Makaton Charity with your order details contained and a reference of ordered the wrong item. Please note that we will only issue a refund or exchange for the wrong item ordered once we have received the product in an unused condition.
