We are truly sorry to hear that your recent order did not meet your expectations. We certainly want to make this right for you, and you can request a refund. However, there are some important conditions and steps to follow to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Firstly, please note that our refund policy allows goods to be returned within 14 days of the invoice date, provided they are in a saleable (unused) condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty, damaged, or wrongly supplied. We highly recommend returning items via a registered carrier or recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received back.
