Step by Step Guide to Activating Your Account
If you have previously used the Makaton shop to buy a product from us in the past, you are likely to already have an existing account. All you need to do is activate your account by following the step by step guide below.
Step 1: Sign into your account
Step 2 Activating your account for the first time: When you log in for the first time, you will need to set your password by clicking ‘Forgot Password’
Step 3: You need to make sure that you enter the email that we have on file for you – this will be the email address that you receive your Tutor News through.
Step 4: You will receive an email (please check your junk emails as it often ends up in this mailbox, you will need to move the email to your Inbox to open the link).
Step 5: Follow the link and it will take you to create a password. You need to create your password and submit. Once you have done this it will automatically take you to the Tutor home page.
Step 6: Accessing your Membership area: Click on the yellow square which will now display your name, this will take you to your membership area where you can start using all the Makaton Membership benefits.
